Terms & Conditions for “The Reel Masters” Online Slots Tournament

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) shall govern Your use of our OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org (the “Website”),  The Reel Masters (the “Tournament”), and Qora and Eursian-based social gaming tool (the “Platforms”).

By creating an account and participating in the Tournaments, you hereby agree to be bound by this Agreement and any other supplementary conditions and rules that may be issued by OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org from time to time.

We have the right, at our sole discretion, and at any time, to change and or amend this Agreement or the Tournaments, with any amendments becoming effective immediately upon the time that they are posted on the OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org. You should revisit this Agreement periodically to apprise Yourself of the latest terms and conditions governing the use of the Website and the Platforms. Furthermore, We reserve the right to change or modify the content of the Website at any time without prior notification and will not be liable to any party in any way for possible consequences of such changes. We may suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any portion of the Website and/or the Platforms at any time and without notice.

This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with any Tournament-specific terms and conditions which may be applicable from time to time.

1. Eligibility

1.1 By signing up, you hereby declare and warrant that you are over 21 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence and are, under the laws applicable to you, legally allowed to participate in the Tournament. 

OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to conduct verification checks to confirm the accuracy of all account registration details you provide. When these checks are unable to verify your age, OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to ask for additional proof. If we remain unable to confirm any detail provided by you, we reserve the right to suspend your account or withhold payment of any Prize until we receive satisfactory proof, as determined in our sole discretion.

1.1.1 VPN Restriction: The use of VPNs or location-masking tools to bypass eligibility checks is prohibited and will result in disqualification and account termination.

1.2 The Tournament is only available for users who are physically located in the United States. If you are located in the following states, you will not be able and are not permitted to access or participate in any Tournaments offered on the Platforms: Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, Montana, and any other state or country that the Website may determine from time to time (“Banned States”).  

OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to amend the list of Banned States at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice or to withhold or cancel the award of any Prizes awarded for participation in the Tournament if the Website finds that the End User is accessing the Platforms from one of the jurisdictions of the Banned States.

VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering the Tournament, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria. You further represent and warrant that your participation in or attempted participation in the Tournament does not violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation that governs your entry into the Tournament.

1.3 Employees of OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Tournament may not enter into this Agreement.

1.4. OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in the Tournament for any reason, in OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org’s sole discretion. By participating in the Tournament, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by this Agreement and OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org’s interpretation of and decisions under the terms of this Agreement, which will be final and binding in all respects.  

2. Account Creation

2.1 You must create a user account with OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org to participate in the Tournament. You can create an Account by accessing the following link: www.onlineunitedstatescasinos.org/tournaments

2.2. When creating an Account and to be eligible to participate in the Tournament, you are required to provide personal data, including your name and email address. Any personal data collected by OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org shall be processed in accordance with the relevant data protection laws outlined in Clause 5 of this Agreement.

2.3 You are entitled to open only one Account in Your name. You hereby acknowledge and agree that You may be disqualified from participation in the Tournament at any time should You have more than one Account in Your name.

2.4. Mass Entries generated by a script, computer program, macro, robot, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits or that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with this Agreement may be disqualified from the Tournament in the OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including requirements regarding age and residence) are void.

3. Tournament

3.1 Tournaments are held daily, weekly, monthly, and during special events (e.g., holidays). Specific schedules are published OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org/tournaments.

3.2 Players must opt-in through the tournament lobby during the designated registration period.

3.3 Players are given a fixed number of credits or spins to compete within a set time limit.

3.4 Leaderboard rankings are based on points earned from wins or bet amounts.

3.5 Tournament progress may be forfeited if disconnection occurs and reconnection is not immediate.

3.6 You will not be charged an entry fee for participating in the Tournament, and you will not be required to make a purchase to participate in a Tournament.

4. Prizes & Payouts

4.1 The Winner will be notified by email using the email address linked with the Account within forty-eight (48) hours following the finalization of the Tournament results. If the Winner cannot be contacted or if a Winner is ineligible, has not complied with the rules of this Agreement, or fails to timely return any required documentation, or does not claim the Prize within seven (7) working days following notification by email, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative Winner at our sole discretion.[1] [2] 

4.2 OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, or incomplete contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in the Winner’s email account to receive email messages. OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org is also not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.  

4.3 All prizes are distributed in cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).[3] [legal4]  The Prize will be awarded to the valid cryptocurrency wallet address provided by the Winner in response to the Winner notification within 14 working days of OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org receiving said response from the Winner.[legal5]  Players must ensure the cryptocurrency wallet address provided is accurate. The Website is not responsible for missed or failed payments due to incorrect or invalid wallet addresses.

4.3 Any user determined by OnlineUnitedStatedCasinos.org to be a “Winner” of a Tournament may receive a prize. You acknowledge and agree that You will be responsible for any tax obligations arising out of You receiving a Prize and agree to fully indemnify OnlineUnitedStatedCasinos.org against any tax obligation resulting from a Prize being awarded to You.

4.3.1 Winnings exceeding $600 require the submission of tax documentation (e.g., Form W-9). Players are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

4.4 Prizes are non-transferable. 

4.5 As a condition to receiving a Prize, You agree that OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to make further reasonable information and documentation requests (as determined by the Website in its sole discretion) necessary for compliance with any and all Applicable Laws, rules, or regulations to which OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org (or any entity belonging to the same group of companies as the Website) must adhere to (“Applicable Law”). No Prizes shall be awarded to You unless You adhere to any and all reasonable requests for further information and documentation by OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org. In particular, any Winner shall provide any and all information and documentation required by the Website to be able to comply with its obligations under Applicable Law. You hereby acknowledge and agree that it may take up to fourteen (14) working days to receive a Prize following receipt by the Website of further information and documentation.

4.5.1 Failure to comply with the Website’s request for further information and documentation as per this Agreement may result in the suspension or termination of Your Account.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

5.1 The Platforms are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, or any other social network upon which the Platform and Tournament(s) are advertised.

5.2 OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reschedule any Tournament at any time and without notice. The website will notify entrants as soon as possible if a Tournament Is Suspended, Canceled, or Rescheduled.

5.3 OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to at any time change, update or amend details regarding the Tournaments.

5.4 OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org is not responsible for gameplay disruptions caused by server issues, lag, or device compatibility problems.

5.5 OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org reserves the right to adjust prize pools, modify tournament rules, or cancel events in cases of technical difficulties or legal requirements.

5.6 By entering the Tournament, participants agree to allow their username and tournament results to be used in promotional materials.

5.7 Cheating, collusion, bot use, or exploiting software bugs are strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified, have their accounts closed, and forfeit any winnings.

5.8 Harassment, abusive language, or spamming in chats/forums will result in penalties, including potential disqualification.

5.9 By participating or attempting to participate in Tournament, even if ineligible, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org, and all related individuals and entities (collectively, the “Released Entities”), including directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from any and all liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages (including punitive, incidental,  consequential, and special damages and lost profits), claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the Tournament in any way, including, but not limited to, (1) Participants’ participation in Tournament; (2) any errors in evaluating the eligibility of Participants or attempted Participants; (3) any acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse or use of the Prize; (4) any typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of Tournament and/or Prize; (5) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org; (6) interruption or inability to access the Tournament; (7) any damage to Participants’ (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of Tournament; (8) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Entities.

6. Data Protection

6.1 By Your use of the Platform or Website You hereby consent to the Website (and any of its authorized processors) processing of your personal data pursuant to the provisions of any and all Applicable Laws and in accordance with OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org Privacy Policy.

6.2 By creating an Account and participating in a Tournament, the Winner acknowledges and agrees to OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org publishing their name and username in any publicity material. Any personal data of the Winner or any End Users will be used solely in accordance with any and all Applicable Laws.

6.3 Notwithstanding any provisions in the Privacy Policy, You hereby recognize that You retain the right to withdraw Your consent to the processing by OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org of Your personal data by requesting the closure of Your Account, and any closure of Your Account shall result in OnlineUnitedStatesCasinos.org termination of processing Your personal data.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 For this Agreement, “Intellectual Property” means any invention, designs, formulas, know-how, processes, business methods, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, code, ideas, writings, illustrations, photographs relating to The Reel Masters brand, and any and all material describing or illustrating such property, whether in hard copy or digital form.

7.2 All Intellectual Property will at all times remain the property of OnlineUnitedStatedCasinos.org. Any and all intellectual property rights that arise as a result of this Agreement or Your use of the Platform shall belong to OnlineUnitedStatedCasinos.org.
